scripts on a mikrotik routerOS have to be the most powerful tools available with you being able to create and run scripts on nearly every feature from DHCP to Queues you can have it send alerts even run WoL commands to wakeup a device or even run automatic backups and script updates. You can go overboard but still worth it let’s look at setting up a basic script that will return the uptime and send an email to you and maybe we can discuss more advanced scripts that alter queues.
